Here’s the scoop: The Venturef0rth Office Manager is an extremely detail oriented, career minded individual with a no-job-too-small approach to managing both the daily activities of the Venturef0rth organization as well as light forays into marketing, branding and administrative assistance. The Office Manager will be required to become a Venturef0rth brand evangelist, and in return will be exposed to early stage business life, working alongside some of the finest early stage organizations in the region.
The job can be broken down into the following areas. If you’re the right person, this will all sound incredibly awesome to you.
General office management
a. Reception duties. You are the first impression.
b. Straightening of space / maintaining brand look and feel. Keep the place lookin’ like only you can.
c. Handling administrative needs of select co working members. Keep Venturef0rth members focusing on what they do best.
d. Restocking of refreshments / snacks. Keep the wunderkinds fed.
e. Other administrative functions as needed. We’re really nice. And really serious about the no-job-too-small mindset.
Event scheduling and management
a. Coordination of events in space. Our space, not outer space.
b. Event set up and clean up. Like it never happened.
a. Capturing events, photos, and post-event blogging. Let’s make sure the world knows what we’re up to, so we can continue to do it.
