It was an awesome weekend of entrepreneurship in action at Venturef0rth with Lean Startup Machine‘s intense weekend-long workshop on applying Eric Ries’ lean startup methodology for the rapid de-risking of new products, services and business models. We couldn’t agree more with the LSM credo to “get out of the building” (venture forth?) and engage with prospects to learn, adapt and find product/market fit as quickly as possible.
